On February 19, Catholic Charities Community Services of the Archdiocese of New York (CCCS), the New York State Office of New Americans, and the New York City Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs hosted a free telephone hotline to assist immigrants with questions about immigration policies. Cardinal Timothy M. Dolan, Archbishop of New York, Monsignor Kevin Sullivan, Executive Director of Catholic Charities NY, and Manuel Castro, Commissioner of the New York City Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs, were present at the event.
