St. Joseph’s Seminary’s Schola Cantorum will present a beautiful choral concert featuring the world premiere of “Heart of the World: A Passion Triptych” by Professor Conner McCain, along with a selection of traditional Irish hymns.

The seasonal event will take place at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, on the seminary's Dunwoodie campus in Yonkers.

The Schola Cantorum (Latin for “school of singers”) is a choir composed of seminarians from St. Joseph’s Seminary. Their primary mission is to sing praise to the glory of God and for the sanctification and edification of all who hear them in the context of the sacred liturgy. Members are admitted by audition.

Ticket price includes a buffet reception following the concert. Tickets may be purchased here.
