A blood drive is being held in support of Anthony Gray, a senior at Archbishop Stepinac High School, on Friday, October 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Gray, described by organizers as kind, caring, and always willing to help others, is currently undergoing treatment after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in August. He is the son of Maria and Steven Gray and has two younger sisters, Brienna and Emily.

Friends and family say Gray is known for being a loyal friend and devoted big brother whose warm heart is evident in everything he does, according to Stepinac social media.

The blood drive aims to support Gray and other patients who depend on blood transfusions during cancer treatment. Organizers emphasize that blood donations provide hope and strength to leukemia patients throughout their fight against the disease.

The drive will be held in the White Plains high school's gymnasium in partnership with New York Blood Center. Those interested in donating can make appointments and check donor eligibility here.
