The parish planning office commits itself to collaborating with pastors and parishioners to identify the demographic and societal changes occurring throughout the archdiocese. The office works with pastors to coordinate ministries to best serve the needs of local communities, while at the same time respecting the history of our parishes.

- To implement parish planning within the archdiocese considering the needs of the people, the projected number of priests available to serve, financial resources, and changing demographics.
